I’ve always been aware of life’s fragility, but after our daughter Olivia died from a rare genetic disease, I came to appreciate just how much of life is truly out of our control. I quickly set out to take 100% accountability for the parts of life we can control: our mindset, our beliefs, our daily choices. How we treat others, and how we treat ourselves. The things we eat and the things we put in and on our bodies.
